Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your guitar lesson. To ensure a smooth scheduling process and to respect the time of both instructor and student, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Lesson Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a mutually convenient alternative lesson time within the same week, subject to instructor availability. 2. Lesson Cancellations: a. Cancellations with 24-Hour Notice: Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to instructor availability. b. Cancellations with Less than 24-Hour Notice: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for that lesson. 3. No-Show Policy: If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (no-show), the lesson will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for that lesson. 4. Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that our instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a time convenient for both parties or provide a refund for the canceled lesson.
